Thanks for the suggestions. Many of them are very valuable. 

While we are working on some aspects, we find something interesting in China:

1. Few people like API though podlook has API from the 1st day. 
http://www.podlook.com/api

(All podlook products like sync are based on podlook API)

2. Podcast Hosting are not open enough. eg, podcaster has no chance to put the codes in their sites because podcast hosting does not provide such a way.

I agree with your point about podlook's direction: Service for Podcaster   Listener and we are working hard on that.
